A stunning new student development in the heart of Cardiff with sensitively designed external spaces for use by both students and residents alike.

The site has been opened up to provide high quality public realm amenities for the people of Cardiff. It offers a new central plaza with a cafe and  lots of new opportunities for meeting and dining, both during the day and in the evening.

This new plaza has been sensitively and thoughtfully designed and is now a jewel in Cardiff’s public realm crown, an attractive and interesting destination in its own right, where people are able to get together, for a drink and a meal and enjoy the sociable space created.
