A sympathetic reimagining of a series of currently redundant farmhouse buildings into a small group of residential dwellings with thoughtful landscape design.

The proposals involve utilising the old farmyard buildings to create a residential community, comprising of 6 residences which range in size from two to four bedrooms. The renovations of the existing buildings have been designed to be sympathetic to the current structures and the surrounding area. The current North Barn, which will be converted into a three bedroom residence, has a metal roof that will be replaced with another metal roof, thereby retaining the character of the barn. The existing timber structure will also be retained as will many features of the other farm buildings. This process of restoration and renovation will enable the site to be sympathetically reimagined in keeping with the landscape and place.
