Team Day out in London

On Thursday 18th May, the team here at LT Studio took a trip to the capital to see the sights! First stop was the recently refurbished Battersea Power Station where we were all impressed, not only by the sheer size of it, but also the inclusion of many old parts of the original building. We took a trip up to the top in Lift 109, where you travel up inside one of the chimneys and are rewarded with a panoramic view over the London skyline.

 

We then headed out towards King’s Cross to see the development that has been taking place there, particularly the communal public spaces. There were lots of examples of thoughtful, sensitive and clever design which makes it feel open and spacious. There were plenty of people around creating a vibrant atmosphere.
