Progress for Plot 6

Last week, we made a site visit to Silverthorne Lane, Plot 6 in Bristol. Plot 6 will deliver approximately 700 residential units which surround a verdant south facing landscape courtyard which opens out onto The Feeder Canal.

Active spaces will include an area to play basketball, to exercise, play football and for barbecuing. These active spaces will be directly linked to ground floor internal amenity uses including bars and lounges.

The courtyard will become an outward looking piece of public realm with direct connections to a new Feeder Canal walkway leading through to Avon Street and beyond to the rear of Temple Meads train station via a new station entrance.

We are working alongside Studio Hive, Alana Camp Associates, Hydrock, Gardiner & Theobald & HG Construction to deliver this key project at an important gateway into Bristol.
