Kindred House – Croydon

LT Studio are proud to have been involved with the Landscape design and development of Kindred House, a mixed-use, 25-storey building in Croydon. The client, Brick by Brick, together with Pitman Tozer Architects have created a mixture of both residential and commercial space that includes flexible retail and office space as well as 128 apartments, including affordable homes. The landscaping includes new pedestrian and cycle routes through the site as well as the planting of semi-mature trees to create a a sense of enclosure and calm. The site is also car-free, with only disabled car access. The building itself features a roof terrace on the 22nd floor for all residents to access and enjoy.
