LT Studio has been instructed to develop the masterplan of this site -75 residential units ranging from two bedroom apartments to four bedroom houses – initially towards an outline planning application with subsequent reserved matters with full application submission to follow.
The scheme is structured around key external spaces including a central park and a biodiverse drainage attenuation space which is fed by a series of drainage swales across the site. A green streetscape provides green edges to roads which are kept to a minimum width to help reduce car speeds. Existing native hedgerows and principle mature trees have been retained forming the structure of the landscape design proposals.
Outline planning permission was granted in June 2015.
