The project proposes a new social housing development next to the River Foyle in Derry, Northern Ireland currently in construction. Working with Belfast-based architects Hall McKnight, LT Studio is designing the landscape for the 40 apartment residential scheme for housing association, Clanmil Housing.
The proposed semi-natural, waterfronting landscape will be a timeless, manageable and sustainable environment. It will offer a positive amenity and gathering space for new residents to enjoy.
